Do the Moonbats Influence Troop Morale?

I posed the above question to my good friend Jay, home on a 15 day furlough from Iraq. Jay, a U.S. Marine, spent the last 7 months in the field in the Al Anbar, west of Baghdad. Jay related that the troops in the big bases have access to all of the national news feeds, and they are exposed to the Iraq war naysayers. But, he said that his troops have virtually no exposure to the news, and that they are isolated and completely absorbed by their daily missions.

Based on numerous reports from military personnel as reported by various media, it appears that Moonbat diatribe is not effective in demoralizing the troops. It is extremely important for the rest of us to continuously voice our support directly to our troops.
